Epoxy flooring

An epoxy floor turns a dusty garage into a room you actually use. The finish lasts when the concrete is ground and prepped properly — that is where we spend most of the time.

What's included

Written into every scope.

If it isn't listed, it isn't assumed — that's how we keep estimates honest.

  • Diamond grinding for a clean, porous surface
  • Crack and spall repair
  • Moisture and contamination check
  • Epoxy base coat with optional decorative flake
  • Clear polyaspartic or urethane top coat
  • Cove or edge detailing as scoped

How it goes

From walkthrough to final look.

  1. 01

    Inspect

We check the slab for moisture, old coatings and damage, and confirm the look you want — solid, flake or metallic.

  2. 02

    Grind & repair

The concrete is mechanically ground, cracks filled, and the floor vacuumed dust-free.

  3. 03

    Coat

Base coat applied, flake broadcast if chosen, then scraped and sealed with a clear top coat.

  4. 04

    Cure

Foot traffic in about a day, vehicles after the full cure. We leave you the care instructions.

FAQ

Epoxy flooring questions.

Straight answers from the crew that does the work.

All questions →
How long until I can park on it?

Foot traffic in roughly 24 hours; vehicles after the full cure, typically a few days depending on the system and temperature. Your scope lists exact times for the products used.

Will it peel like the kit I bought at the store?

Store kits fail because the concrete is not ground and the coating is thin. Mechanical grinding and a two-part professional system with a top coat is a different product.

Solid color or flake?

Flake hides dust and tire marks best and adds texture for grip. Solid colors look cleaner but show more. We bring samples to the walkthrough.
