Exterior painting

Arizona sun is hard on paint. An exterior repaint done right starts with a wash, repairs and the correct primer for stucco or siding — then a finish built to hold color and resist chalking.

All questions →
How do you handle HOA color rules?

Bring your HOA palette to the walkthrough (or tell us the community) and we will work within it. Many communities require approval before painting; we can help you prepare the submission.

Does stucco need special prep?

Yes. Hairline cracks are filled with elastomeric patch, larger damage is repaired, and chalky surfaces get a bonding primer. Skipping this is why cheap exterior jobs peel.

What time of year is best?

Most of the year works in the Valley. In peak summer we start early and paint shaded sides first; very cold mornings or rain days are rescheduled. Your scope includes a weather plan.

Do you paint garage doors and gates?

Yes — metal garage doors, gates and railings get a rust-inhibiting primer and a durable enamel. They can be scoped with the house or on their own.
