Power washing

Dust, hard-water marks and mildew build up fast in the desert. A proper wash brings surfaces back — and it is the first step of every exterior paint job we do.

What's included

Written into every scope.

If it isn't listed, it isn't assumed — that's how we keep estimates honest.

  • Driveways, walkways and patios
  • Stucco, siding and block walls
  • Pool decks and covered patios
  • Pre-paint surface cleaning
  • Low-pressure wash for delicate surfaces
  • Rinse and clean-up of runoff

How it goes

From walkthrough to final look.

  1. 01

    Assess

We match pressure and detergent to the surface — concrete takes more, stucco and painted siding need a soft wash.

  2. 02

    Protect

Plants, fixtures and outlets covered; windows and doors checked for seals.

  3. 03

    Wash

Systematic passes with the right tip and distance to avoid stripes or etching.

  4. 04

    Rinse

Surfaces rinsed clean and the area left tidy.

FAQ

Power washing questions.

Straight answers from the crew that does the work.

All questions →
Will power washing damage stucco or paint?

Not when the pressure is right. We use low-pressure, higher-volume washing on stucco and painted surfaces, and reserve high pressure for concrete.

Do you use chemicals?

A mild detergent for mildew and organic stains where needed. We avoid harsh chemicals near plants and rinse thoroughly.

Can you remove oil stains from a driveway?

Most can be lightened significantly with a degreaser and hot-water wash; deep, old stains may not fully disappear. We will tell you what to expect before we start.
