Residential Stucco exterior

White stucco with a slate garage door

A single-story stucco elevation finished in a bright warm white, with the garage door dropped to slate gray so it reads as a deliberate accent rather than an afterthought. Parapet caps, window surrounds and the entry arch were all cut in by hand.

  • Warm white body
  • Slate gray garage door

Residential Manufactured home

Two-tone on a manufactured home

A soft cream body with deep ocean blue carried across the window bays and skirting, and the carport posts and awning held in clean white. Lap siding takes paint differently than stucco, so the body was washed and spot-primed before any color went on.

  • Cream body
  • Ocean blue bays
  • White carport

Residential Stucco exterior

Warm taupe over two stories

Warm taupe across a two-story body, with the garage doors, fascia and trim carried in a lighter cream so the elevation holds some depth instead of reading flat in full sun.

  • Warm taupe body
  • Cream trim and doors

Residential Block & stucco

A mid-century ranch in azure

A mid-century ranch taken to a confident azure blue, with the exposed gable beams, window surrounds and the garage opening picked out in white so the architecture does the talking. Bold color only works when the cut lines are exact.

  • Azure blue body
  • White beams and trim

Residential Stucco exterior

Soft yellow with an aqua accent

A pale yellow body with the garage door and trim in aqua — a retro desert palette chosen because both colors hold their value under full Arizona sun instead of chalking out in two seasons.

  • Pale yellow body
  • Aqua garage door and trim

Residential Stucco exterior

Terracotta on a two-story elevation

A deep terracotta body with cream on the garage door and trim, cut clean around the arched entry tower, the pop-outs and every second-story window on a tight infill lot.

  • Terracotta body
  • Cream garage and trim

Exterior painting

Residential Interior walls

Floor-to-ceiling board and batten

A full-height board-and-batten wall finished in deep charcoal, running past a recessed niche and a cased opening. Every batten edge, the niche returns and the ceiling line are cut by hand — that is where a wall like this is won or lost.

  • Deep charcoal walls and battens

Residential Stucco exterior

A long desert ranch elevation

Warm tan carried across a wide single-story elevation with three arched garage bays. On a run this long the challenge is consistency — same mil thickness and same sheen from the first bay to the last parapet.

  • Warm tan body
  • Matched parapet caps

Residential Stucco exterior

Greige body, dark bronze garages

A greige body with the two garage doors taken to dark bronze. Weighting the doors is the cheapest way to give a flat desert elevation some structure without changing a single architectural detail.

  • Greige body
  • Dark bronze garage doors

Residential Stucco exterior

Detached garage in golden tan

A detached garage and courtyard wall brought back to a golden tan, with the parapet cap and fascia band dropped a shade darker for definition. Shaded elevations fade differently than sun-facing ones, so the whole structure was coated rather than spot-matched.

  • Golden tan body
  • Deeper cap and fascia

Residential Stucco exterior

Tan stucco with an arched entry

Warm tan across the body with the tall arched entry, columns and pop-out details cut in by hand. The drive and walkways were washed down before masking so nothing tracked back onto fresh coating.

  • Warm tan body
  • Matched trim

Residential Stucco exterior

Faded yellow to warm greige

Before and after on the same day: a sun-faded yellow body taken to a warm greige with brown fascia, trim and a dark entry door. Both frames were shot from the same spot in the driveway, morning and mid-afternoon.

  • Was: faded yellow
  • Now: warm greige
  • Brown fascia and trim

Cream to light gray with white columns

Before and after on the same day: a tired cream body taken to a light gray, with the entry columns, window surrounds and garage trim finished bright white and the front door in a dark contrast.

  • Was: cream
  • Now: light gray
  • White columns and trim

Residential Manufactured home

Tan body with chocolate shutters

A warm tan body with chocolate-brown shutters and window surrounds, and the awning and carport left white to keep the elevation light. Shutters were pulled, coated and reset rather than cut around.

  • Warm tan body
  • Chocolate shutters
  • White awning

Two stories in tan and brown

A two-story body in warm tan with the shutters, fascia and entry surround all carried in a deeper brown, including the second-story windows reached from ladders rather than lift equipment.

  • Warm tan body
  • Deep brown shutters and fascia

Exterior painting

Commercial Block & fence

Community perimeter wall

Hundreds of linear feet of concrete block perimeter wall sprayed in sand tan, with the split-face pilasters and cap course held in a contrasting dark brown. Block drinks coating, so the masonry was sealed before finish to keep the sheen even end to end.

  • Sand tan block
  • Dark brown caps and pilasters

Exterior painting

Commercial Signage & monuments

Apartment monument sign

Masked, sprayed and unwrapped in a single morning. The monument sign is the first thing residents and prospective tenants see, so the frame edges and the masonry pedestal were taped to a hard line and the landscaping stayed covered until the last coat flashed off.

  • Black frame
  • Brushed silver face

Exterior painting

Commercial Warehouse & industrial

Warehouse safety rails and wainscot

Safety yellow on the steel guard rails and bollards, charcoal on the wall wainscot and white above the line. Every square foot of slab, the pallet racking and the stored product were wrapped before a drop of paint moved — in a live facility the masking is most of the job.

  • Safety yellow steel
  • Charcoal wainscot
  • White upper walls

Commercial Metal & gates

Rusted receiving gates brought back

Corrosion ground back to sound metal, spot-primed and finished in sand tan, with the surrounding block wall and building face brought into the same palette. Paint over rust buys a season; preparation is what makes it last.

  • Sand tan steel
  • Matched block wall

Commercial Signage & monuments

Community entry arch

A steel entry arch taken back to a deep charcoal with the masonry columns, gate pillars and pedestrian walls finished bright white. Work over a live entrance road means staging around traffic and getting the span coated between openings.

  • Charcoal steel span
  • Bright white masonry

Exterior painting

Commercial Signage & monuments

Charcoal community monument

A new-build community monument finished in charcoal with a lighter decorative breeze-block base course, cut clean around raised metal lettering that stayed on the wall throughout.

  • Charcoal wall
  • Light base course

Commercial Signage & monuments

Split-face monument and return walls

Split-face block monument and return walls finished in a warm brown while the development was still under construction, with the raised lettering and logo masked and cut by hand before the site opened.

  • Warm brown split-face block
  • White lettering
